Structured Skill-Building
Sessions are focused on teaching and practicing concrete coping skills (DBT, CBT, Mindfulness).

Confidentiality
All members agree to a strict confidentiality contract to create a safe, trusting space.
Complementary to Individual Therapy
Group can be attended alongside or independently of individual sessions.
